Judith C. Hettena Wright, CPA, PFS

Judy is a New York City native who has lived in Vermont for over twenty years. Judy holds a degree in Accounting from Champlain College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, as well as a degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont.

Judy was certified as a Personal Financial Specialist by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1998, winning the Silver Award for achieving the second highest score in the nation on the certification exam.

Judy has practiced accounting in Vermont since 1987, and specializes in individual, estate and trust taxation. She also has extensive experience in the areas of retirement, estate, charitable and college planning.

Judy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont Society of CPAs. She is also a member of the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Division.

Christopher Horton, CPA

Chris is a Burlington native who has been practicing accounting since 1987. Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Vermont.

Chris has extensive experience in accounting working throughout the country in private industry and public accounting. In addition to providing individual income tax preparation services, Chris specializes in business consulting services. His areas of expertise include accounting system evaluation and set-up, tax planning, compensation planning, purchase and sales agreements, real estate transactions, tax preparation and financial statement reporting, internal control evaluation and IRS representation.

Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont Society of CPAs.
